Where are you located?

We are based in Toronto, Ontario.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Greater Toronto Area & surrounding areas throughout Ontario. Need to inquire about a out of town delivery? Contact us today!

Is a deposit required upon booking a delivery?

To confirm your delivery, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to reserve both the date and time. You may pay the amount in full if you wish.

How much does it cost to deliver a cake?

The cost of each delivery varies depending on the number of tiers the cake entails, distance,  set up, and/or any special request upon booking. Contact us for more information.

How are cakes & pastries delivered?

All cakes and desserts are transported on double lined non-slip mats, fully air conditioned settings for a safe and sturdy delivery. Cafe Safe deliveries are also available upon request.

What happens in the event that my cake is damaged while in transit?

Although we strive to ensure safe and worry-free delivery, unfortunately, unforeseen accidents do occur. In the event an accident does occur, we will cover the cost of the damages. Please view our Refund Policy for more information.

Do you offer set-up services?

Yes, we do! Set-up is included in our rates.

How soon should I book a delivery?

During the Fall & Winter seasons, we suggest booking 10 days prior to the event.

Spring/Summer Wedding season, we suggest booking at least 3-6 weeks prior to the event to ensure availability.

Do you have multiple deliveries per week? Contact us to inquire about our partnership rates!

Partnership delivery zone: City of Toronto, Peel, Durham, York, & Halton Hills.

Areas outside of zones mentioned above are subject to additional costs.
